Welcome back!

It has been a tough year, especially for traders and we are hopeful that 2021 will be an improvement on 2020.

We are being careful about what events we are doing this year to avoid disappointment with cancellations. However please be assured that if we do cancel we will refund all trader money or carry over to 2022 if that is your preference.

Currently in planning are Ealing Summer Festivals at Walpole Park and various events that are part of a Discover Barnet programme. We are waiting to hear more about restrictions in Phase 4 before we make a decision on Canterbury Food & Drink Festival as we would prefer to deliver this in its traditional format.

Some of you will have already completed an expression of interest for ESF and CFDF but you can now see applications live for Ealing Summer Festivals – there are 3 events within this Ealing Comedy, Ealing Summer Feast and Walpole Live.

As always, we spend your rent on the things that matter to you – Marketing, Entertainment and Production – to ensure that you get the most out of your investment with TEU.
If you have already registered with us, please check your profile and ensure your paperwork is up to date.
If you are new to the portal, you will need to complete your profile at registration before you can apply for any events.
Please have all your documentation ready, including:

  • PLI (all traders)
  • Risk Assessments (all traders)
  • Menu / Price List (all traders)
  • COVID-19 Risk Assessments (all traders)
  • Sustainability Plan – this will need to be emailed to shona@theeventumbrella.com separately (all traders)
  • Images of your stall and product (all traders)
  • Professional Qualifications (e.g. Food Hygiene, Therapists qualifications etc)
  • Local Authority Registration (anyone selling anything for consumption should be registered with their local authority)
  • PAT testing certificates (for those with electrical equipment of any type)
  • Gas Safety Certificates (for those with gas equipment)
  • Personal Licence (for those selling alcohol)
  • Charity Number (charities only)

You will need these documents to complete your application. Once you have completed all the fields your application will need to be approved by the Trader Manager before you can proceed to view and apply for the events. If you have any queries please call 0203 384 9841.

You will receive a notification whenever we open an event for trading – please do check your junk folder and ensure that the settings on your email do not continually ‘junk’ mail from us.
